This internship is intended to assist EDF’s Corporate Governance & Board Relations complete two critical summer projects: (1) Annual Internal Corproate Governance and Board Relations Assessment and (2) Updating the Board Orientation & Onboarding Process for the c3 and c4 boards. The role of the intern will be to help develop critical assests – i.e. drafting materials, writing copy, proofreading, etc. As well as develop tools to assist in the implementation of the annual assessment mentioned earlier.
